The Diocese of Gallup is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all who live and worship in our diocese. Any survivor of clergy sexual abuse or survivor of sexual abuse perpetrated by lay employees of the Diocese of Gallup may call the Victims’ Assistance Coordinator, listed below, to arrange a private conference with the Bishop. If you are a survivor of abuse and wish to tell your story, please contact Elizabeth Terrill (below) and arrangements will be made.
If you or someone you know has been abused by a priest, deacon or other employee or minister of the Catholic Church, please report this to law enforcement (the police department and/or the county attorney’s office https://dioceseofgallup.org/youth-protection/law-enforcement-reporting-contacts/.
Please also report this to a doctor or other health care professional, or another trusted person.
